This contract is made and entered into the Minnesota Soybean Growers Association, hereinafter referred to as “MN AG EXPO.” MN AG EXPO has released unto the party listed above (the “exhibitor”) certain space, hereinafter described, at the Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center in Mankato, MN for exhibition during the 2027 MN AG EXPO. All rules and regulations as outlined on the Expo website, by the Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center and established by the MN AG EXPO for governing exhibitors are accepted upon signature by the exhibitor and made part of this contract. Cancellation Policy: In the event of an exhibitor cancellation, MSGA will retain 50% of the total exhibitor payment as a cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be applied as a credit toward the exhibitor’s booth fee for the following year’s MN Ag Expo. This credit is non-transferable.
