MN Ag Expo announces keynote speaker

His archive is sprinkled with stories that are real, raw and straight from the farm.  He believes everyone has a story worth sharing and he’s ready to give those stories the platform they deserve at the 2025 MN Ag Expo in Mankato, Minn.  

Rob Sharkey, better known as the SharkFarmer, will take the stage as the keynote speaker of MN Ag Expo Jan. 22, 2025 at the Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center in Mankato, Minn., which is hosted by the Minnesota Soybean Growers Association (MSGA) and the Minnesota Corn Growers Association (MCGA).  

“I am really excited for the Ag Expo again this year,” said Darin Johnson, MSGA president. “Rob Sharkey does a fantastic job telling his story and talking about agriculture in a way that will surely inspire those who are attending.” 

Sharkey isn’t your average Illinois grain farmer. His authentic interview style, ability to tackle controversial issues and share the triumphs and struggles of the modern farmer has catapulted him onto Sirius XM, PBS and 9 Seasons and counting of SharkFarmer TV, creating one of agriculture’s most successful media companies. 

Sharkey’s presentation will be one of many highlights of the Ag Expo, which runs Jan. 22-23, 2025.
